My Vision

My vision is seeing others live their best lives, and their healthiest lives with food freedom, and stopping the “yo-yo dieting” cycle.

A Life of Transformation

Perspective is Everything

When I look back, I am still blown away by how much my life has transformed. I spent 35 years as an executive in corporate America, owned and operated several of my own companies, and even invented and patented a product that’s on the market today. But it hasn’t always been like this.

My Origins

Early Life and Health Struggles

I was born in Ventura, California, in 1959, and just four years later, my parents moved our family to Las Vegas, Nevada. I’m the youngest of four kids, with three older siblings—two sisters and a brother. Our first year in Las Vegas was spent in my grandparents’ cabin at Mt. Charleston while my parents searched for a home in town. I attended local schools and graduated from Chaparral High School in 1977. By 1978, I was married, and by 1982, I had two children and was starting my career in corporate America, beginning in banking and eventually moving into the construction and real estate sectors.

My journey, however, took a drastic turn at age 25 when I began experiencing crippling medical issues. Severe gut pain would leave me bedridden for weeks at a time, and after numerous tests and an exploratory surgery, I was diagnosed with conditions like Colitis, Gastritis, and severe IBS. My life became a constant cycle of doctor visits, tests, and medications, all while juggling the responsibilities of a demanding corporate career and raising two small children.

Moving Forward

The Turning Point

For years, I suffered through excruciating pain, monthly attacks, and a series of misdiagnoses. Doctors attributed my issues to stress and advised me to remove stress from my life—easier said than done when you’re a single mom managing a multi-million-dollar project in corporate America. The lack of clear guidance on what to eat led to confusion and eventually triggered an eating disorder. My health continued to decline, and by my late 30s, I was diagnosed with severe Endometriosis, which led to a complete hysterectomy.

By the time I turned 60, I was on a total of 12 medications, more than 50 pounds overweight, and struggling with chronic pain, severe IBS, restless leg syndrome, and a host of other issues. I was exhausted, in constant discomfort, and had little hope that things would improve. It was then that I decided I’d had enough. I was tired of doctors “putting a band-aid on a bullet hole.” It was time to take control of my health.

A Better Way

Discovering the Truth.

I spent a year researching companies, programs, and products that could help me turn my health around. That’s when I discovered the power of Nitric Oxide, proper nutrition, and supplementation to maintain balanced blood sugar levels. No more yo-yo dieting or quick-fix scams—this was about creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

The first year was a learning curve, but the changes were undeniable. My mobility improved, I started sleeping better, and I gradually reduced my reliance on medications. My blood work showed significant improvements, including a 57-point drop in my cholesterol in just three months. Over the next three years, I lost 60 pounds and reduced my medications to just one.

This journey has been life-changing, and it ignited a passion in me to help others avoid the struggles I endured. I made the decision to lean in, learn as much as possible, get certified, and dedicate myself to helping others achieve their best physical and mental health. If I can help just one person avoid the pain and frustration I went through, it will all be worth it.
